Feedback, Support and FAO

We’re very proud of all our apps on both the AppStore and Google Play. We care about each and every one and a lot of time and testing has gone into these apps before launch. But we appreciate that the odd bug may have found its way through. If this is the case, then we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible via the form on our contact page. We can then ask our developers to check the code and release an updated version, we’ll even email to let you know its done.

We want all our apps to work perfectly, so we also welcome any thoughts and feedback.

Troubleshooting

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve only encountered this twice before, both times with an iPad device.

This problem is due to iTunes and the iPad not signing off properly (not related to the app itself). According to the Apple Support Page, the easiest way in which to reunite iTunes and your iPad is to do the following.

1. Download another app from the app store using your iPad, any app will do, so a free one is fine.
2. Once its downloaded onto your device, open it up.
3. Now close this new app and then retry opening ours (this should now work).
4. Delete the free app you’ve just downloaded and carry on as usual.

The problem is still there.

You could also try deleting our app, rebooting your device and installing again. Make sure this is done with a good WIFI signal or via iTunes on your Mac/PC. You could also check that you have enough memory on your iPad to save the app (you can check this via the settings page).

If all else fails, please check out the Application Common Issues Assistant on the Apple website. Or this excellent guide “TroubleShooting Apps

Might be the connection with the App Store or insufficient memory

As our apps contain HD quality audio, the files are quite large and take a little longer than most apps to download. If this download process is halted for any reason, for example your 3G connection breaks or you leave an area with WIFI. The app will freeze in “mid download”. Once you regain a good signal, it should start downloading and installing once again. If not, delete the app from your device and reinstall via a good WIFI signal or iTunes.

Whats the problem and how do I fix it?

It might be the case that there is not enough memory on your device, as I mentioned above, the app files are quite large. You fix this by deleting apps or music you no longer use, or by transferring videos and pictures to your Mac or PC. Please note that this is best done via iTunes. As often, even though you’ve deleted the excess data from your device, it still needs to sync with iTunes to “make space” on your device. This can be frustrating as the device may show it has plenty of free space, yet it STILL wont allow you to install our apps. Syncing with iTunes will fix this problem. If all else fails, please check out the Application Common Issues Assistant on the Apple website. Or this excellent guide “TroubleShooting Apps

These things happen, please follow the guide below.

Although we’d be more than happy to issue a refund for the full version if you download by mistake, sadly Apple don’t allow developers to have this facility. I have no idea why because it would be very helpful! However, there is still an option.

1. Head into iTunes on your Mac or PC and access your account via the Store menu. (View my Apple ID)
2. Click “See All” in Purchase History. This will bring up your most recent downloads.
3. Find your latest Order Date and click the arrow on the left to open it up.
4. Click “Report a Problem”.
5. Click “Report a Problem” for a second time next to our app.
6. Select “I inadvertently purchased this application”

This, I’m told, should be enough to credit your iTunes account. Having said that, please bear in mind, that its completely up to Apple whether they issue the refund or not, we cant influence it either way. We’re sorry about this, but as the app was purchased via Apple, this process is entirely out of our hands.

I’d rather have my money back please, is this ok?
